We will start our first contract purchasing millions of dollars’ worth of housing materials for two different developments, one in the Dallas Fort Worth, TX and the other in Lake Charles, LA. The opportunity consists of over 500 homes to be delivered in the next 12-24 months, allowing Procur to negotiate for multiple spend categories. The items that we were granted to attempt to purchase were water heaters, cabinetry, and kitchen appliances (microwaves, dishwashers, ovens, and refrigerators).

This will allow for Procur to purchase into home building for the first time, opening a new market for future business with other potential home building clientele.

We believe that the client we are purchasing for will become one of the largest modular homebuilder in the nation within 3 years, dramatically expanding our efforts into home building Procurement.
